What is PartX?
The PartX flexible feeding system uses single or duo vibrating trays to orient and present parts for robotic picking. Built for high-speed manufacturing, PartX helps reduce downtime, simplify changeovers, and improve production flexibility, with optional purge functionality and cleanroom-ready configurations.
Technology
How does PartX work?
A backlit tray aids the vision system in identifying part position and orientation, allowing the robot to pick parts with precision across different geometries. PartX interfaces with the vision system to adjust lighting and vibration, supporting efficient, hands-off part presentation.
