The Terms are to be read together with any terms, conditions or disclaimers that may be provided in other pages of the Websites (the “Page Disclaimers”). In the event of any conflict between the Terms and the Page Disclaimers, the Page Disclaimers will govern.
All products and services of VTR that are described, made available, or provided on the Websites may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice and may be subject to further terms and conditions governing their availability and use.
The information, material and content provided in the pages of the Websites, including information about services offered, (the “Information”) is believed to be reliable when posted, but there is no guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current at all times. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Information may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, and VTR and its officers, directors, employees and agents have no obligation to update the Information. The Information or the Websites may be changed, withdrawn or terminated at any time without notice.
Changes may be made to the Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree to review the Terms regularly, and your continued access or use of the Websites will mean that you agree to any changes.

Any submission by you of information, including any information submitted in applying for a job, may be used by VTR and its third-party agents, for example, in determining suitability for employment. VTR provides its third-party agents with only the information they need to perform their services and we work with them to respect and protect your information.

For more details regarding use of information online, please refer to VTR’s Online Privacy Policy.

You agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in and to the Websites and Information (“Intellectual Property”) are owned by VTR and/or its licensors. You cannot copy, use or reproduce the VTR name, digital content or logo without VTR’s prior written consent.

Any unauthorized downloading, re-transmission, or other copying or modification of Intellectual Property and/or Information may be a violation of federal or other law, and may result in legal action.

You will not:
(a) use the Websites or Information in violation of applicable laws;

(c) attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or translate the Website.

The Websites may include links to and from websites operated by parties other than VTR (“External Links” to “Third-Party Websites”). External Links to any Third-Party Websites are for convenience only. VTR does not review or control, and is not responsible for, any Third-Party Websites accessible via External Links. VTR does not endorse or approve of any Third-Party Websites and is not responsible for Third-Party Websites’ content, privacy practices, third parties named therein, or their products or services.
