Administration & Project Management Team
The VTR Administration team supports the day-to-day tasks of our active facility including Accounting, Operations, Logistics, Project Management, IT and Office Management. After the Sales process is complete, each project is handed off to a full-time project manager who becomes your main point of contact for the remainder of the project. Your dedicated project manager follows the project from design through to shipment, keeping you up to date on progress, issues, and improvement suggestions along the way. Our portal-based scheduling software allows you to log in at any time to review recent status updates and track the overall project health and milestones, and we send photos throughout the build stages so you can watch your project come to life. Our in-house IT Specialist maintains data security and archives of our large database on an ongoing basis, and ensures not only VTR's, but our customers and suppliers IPs are protected.
